Roleplaying - Where to Start

Overview

Bravo Fleet provides users with a place to write creatively as if they were a real person in the Star Trek Universe. Essentially, you think up a character, sort out the details, such as age, height, personality and so on, apply to a sim, and start interacting with other characters within a 'mission', much like an episode of one of the Star Trek shows.

Commanding Officer (or Game Maters) of each sim come up with 'missions' which are essentially planned stories for players to act out with their characters.

As you 'post' (or publish short pieces of creative writing written by yourself) and as you become a long term member of the sim crew (which means all the players and their characters as a group) the possibility to be promoted comes into play. By making posts, the storyline is expanded upon and advanced.

Think of it as a film or play where we are the actors, there is script which is written by the Commanding Officer, but there is a lot of ad-libbing going on and you have the basic concept.

This concept is broken down into departments and ships, but there are fleets of ships out there full of people writing with their characters.
