Summary
Lieutenant Irina Tarasova was the Chief Security and Tactical Officer aboard the USS Serenity until her death on April 14, 2402 during the Vaadwaur crisis. A detailed thinker with high mental acuity and physical aptitude, she was hand-picked by Captain Lewis following the losses the ship incurred during Frontier Day, and she stayed by him in every decision he made up to and including the final one to sacrifice the USS Serenity for the mission.
