Summary
Captain Tiberius Wolfe currently commands the Cali-Class USS Moorpark. Following his dreams of exploring space, Wolfe joined Starfleet at the age of 18 as a cadet at Starfleet academy. Following a successful decade as a Starfleet officer, and multiple years in command positions aboard the Luna-Class USS Ariel, Wolfe took command of the USS Moorpark. He is a relatively fun captain, allowing his crew to voice their opinions, only bearing down when things get serious.
Appearance
Despite most of his family being relatively short in height, Captain Wolfe stands at a height of 186 centimetres, and weighs 85 kilograms. Captain Wolfe tends to be a little more relaxed with his clothing, often loosening bits of his uniform or wearing casual gear when off-duty. When Captain Wolfe is on-duty however, he ensures his uniform is sharp and perfect. He has blue eyes, and blonde hair. He likes to keep his hair short, often with a slight curve in the bangs.
Personality
Captain Wolfe is often considered to be very pleasant to work with. He allows more friendly interactions on the bridge while not performing critical operations, and allows all of his senior officers to offer opinions or suggestions. Considering Captain Wolfe had wanted to explore space in a ship of his own since a very young age, he has a lot of pride in himself, and constantly has a good, friendly mood, often spreading it to his crew. Although he seems like a charming, easy-going captain, Wolfe does not like to take too many risks, often opting for the safer route when possible, but will do whatever he can to aid anyone in distress.
History
Early Life (2359-2377)
Tiberius Wolfe was born in the city of Denver, on Earth. His parents worked as farmers, providing food for many places on Earth. Growing up in the Rocky Mountains on Earth, he would always watch the stars any chance he got, often dreaming of being out there with a ship of his own. Despite his dreams, his family wanted him to remain on Earth, to one day take over the farm his parents run, which slowly drove a wedge between him and his family.
Despite his parents not wanting him to join Starfleet, Wolfe had several friends growing up who supported him, and even wanted to be out exploring with him. After hearing that the Dominion War was finally over, Wolfe set his mind to joining Starfleet, hoping to one day explore the galaxy. Finally, in 2377, he convinced his parents to let him join Starfleet, and he and his friends set off to the Academy.
Starfleet Academy (2377 — 2381)
Wolfe joined Starfleet Academy in 2377 as a Social Science cadet. He joined just a couple years following the end of the Dominion War, in a time where tensions were high. Wolfe flew through his underclassmen years easily, receiving above average marks in most of his classes. Wolfe often spent time tutoring fellow classmates, and also took up learning to play the Flute in his spare time.
During his Senior year, Wolfe participated in the Academy’s band, giving several performances with his group throughout the year. Despite being an overly good student, Wolfe very nearly failed his Temporal Theory class, as he found it overly complicated. Towards the tail-end of his Senior Year, Wolfe was put through extensive leadership training, in which he excelled.
Earth Spacedock (2381-2383)
After Graduating the Academy, Wolfe was assigned as a shuttle pilot assigned to Earth Spacedock. His typical runs often included transporting dignitaries or supplies between various points in the Sol System. During his time on Earth Spacedock, Wolfe would receive a reputation as a favourite among travelling dignitaries. Despite excelling in his first post, Wolfe always felt his talents could be better suited elsewhere. As a result, Wolfe applied to multiple positions that were open throughout the fleet, finally being accepted and transferred to the USS Vancouver in 2383.
USS Vancouver (2383-2386)
In 2383, upon having his transfer application accepted, Wolfe transferred to the Parliament-Class USS Vancouver, with a promotion to Lieutenant Junior Grade. The Vancouver was Wolfe’s first posting that allowed him to pilot a starship instead of a shuttle, leaving Wolfe a little over excited for the first few months. The ship was typically performing utilitarian services throughout the Federation, often being assisted in their efforts by various California-Class ships.
After only 2 years as a Flight Control Officer, Wolfe was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, and given the position of Chief Flight Control Officer on the Vancouver. Serving in this post for the next 3 years, Wolfe earned a reputation as a canny and dependable pilot, and was picked as top choice to serve as the Chief Flight Control Officer on the new USS Callisto.
USS Ariel (2386-2396)
In 2386, Lieutenant Wolfe transferred to the Luna-Class USS Ariel. Continuing his role as Chief Flight Control Officer, Lieutenant Wolfe piloted the Ariel through many missions, including a handful of combat operations.
In 2389, after serving on the Ariel for 3 years, Wolfe was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander, and assumed the role of Second Officer along with his Flight Control Officer duties. Wolfe served in these positions for the next few years, until in 2393, the Ariel’s first officer was promoted to captain, and his spot was left vacant.
Following the former First Officer’s departure of the Ariel, Wolfe was promoted to the rank of Commander and assumed the position of First Officer. In this position, he continued to develop his leadership abilities, becoming one of the best First Officer’s in the fleet. Despite being a great First Officer, The Captain of the Ariel often noted that Commander Wolfe was very friendly with the crew. Despite this, Wolfe always continued to remain friendly and approachable. Wolfe served on the Ariel for 10 years, until Starfleet Command offered Wolfe his first command.
USS Moorpark (2396-Present)
In 2396, following a decade on the Ariel, and an overall 15 years of service, Wolfe was promoted to the rank of Captain and was given command of the California-Class USS Moorpark. Although not exactly the “prestigious” posting he would have liked, Wolfe kept his head high and excelled in his new command. Keeping his friendly posture with his crew, he was often said to be a favorite amongst captains to serve under. He often found himself working alongside or transporting various admirals, while still having plenty of time to fulfill his childhood dreams of exploring unknown areas of the galaxy.
