Arjun Rao

Lieutenant Commander Arjun Rao is the Chief Tactical Officer of the USS Diligent. An expert tactician that started in the starfighter corps before transitioning to the bridge as a tactical officer, he has an uncanny ability to track the battlespace, not just to man the big guns, but also in terms of offering sound strategic recommendations to his commanding officers in the heat of battle.
