Richard Davince

Richard is a boots on the ground type of guy, a real pragmatic leader to people that have served under him. His background comes from his civilian work as a contractor in his younger years within the field. He was a geologist by nature, he joined Starfleet rather late in his 23rd year. But quickly earned his respects within the scientific and engineering community by his actions.

He is known for his quick thinking in the Lost Fleet Invasion where he and his crew manage to hold back a squadron of small Dominion ships from crossing the border in Deneb.
