Personality

At a young age, Zoral, was deeply effected by the loss of so many Starfleet personal at the Battle of Wolf 359. Losing a close family member himself he opted for a tactical route into Starfleet, though, this later changed to the command division while at the Academy.
He has a strong sense of duty and is a determined and capable officer. Though, clearly at the beginning of his career and is yet to be tested in more difficult circumstances.
He maintained a very close bond with his younger sister, Tessa, until the T’Kara’s disappearance. While he has since attempted contact, his sister is no longer the person he remembers after decades apart.
He developed a strong close friendship with another cadet at the Academy, a Tellarite named Brunak. They were posted to the T’Kara together and now both serve on the USS San Clemente.

History

Starfleet Academy (2363-2367)

Deeply affected by the Battle of Wolf 359 and the loss of a family member, he pursued Starfleet Academy with a focus on tactical analysis and Starship combat systems. During his final year he transferred to the Command Division with the mindset of becoming a pilot. A struggle to begin with but during the transition he was found to have a natural ability within the field. He became an effective combat pilot and was awarding the position of Helm officer on board the USS T’Kara following graduation.

USS T’Kara (2367-2367)

He was promoted to Ensign and assigned to the T’Kara as one of it’s helm officers in 2367. During his first mission on board the USS T’Kara was deployed to the Cardassian Border and not heard from again. She was later discovered in 2400 and many of the crew were recovered.

Starfleet Medical/Starfleet Academy – Patient (2400-2401)

He was offered continued service within Starfleet following the recovery of many of the crew members of the USS T’Kara in 2400.
Following a period of rehabilitation and retraining in modern Starfleet operations, he was assigned under his old CO to the USS San Clemente, a California Class Vessel 2402.

USS San Clemente (2402-Present)

Transferred to the Command Division following the incident. As with many from the USS T’Kara, Drevan followed his captain to the USS San Clemente.
