Leadership is all about the personal touch, and I have been consistently impressed by the way that Captain Erill'Yun Mek has been able to engage one-on-one with his members in his task force lounge, especially to encourage them to complete competitions and participate in fiction. During the Echoes of the Tkon Fleet Action, he was especially effective at making specific, positive connections and comments regarding members' fiction, which in turn encouraged them to write more. While doing this, he was also a very active participant in the fleet action, earning 20 challenge coins for participation in 20 events, for which he also earned 2 Starfleet Gold Stars, a Starfleet Silver Star, and a Starfleet Bronze Star, which not only contributed to his unit's overall score but also served as an example for others to follow. For these achievements, I am pleased to nominate Captain Erill'Yun Mek for the Jonathan Archer Order of Merit. Congratulations!
