Acker Kather is one of our most consistent entrants in competitions of all sorts. Since her last award on September 26th, she entered eleven competitions and placed in five of them, earning Action Medals with Galaxy, Star, and Planet clusters! The more entries each competition has, the more, well, competitive it is, so being such a consistent participant enriches everyone's experience. For this above-average participation and activity, I am pleased to nominate Acker Kather for her second Meritorious Service Cross!

Justification

Since coming to TF93, I have noticed that dizzy has been an active member within Task Force 93, as well as the fleet as a whole. She has been active in both games she participates in, the USS Ascension as well as the USS Repulse, she has earned 35 Legion of Honor awards. She has also has entered 14 competitions and placing in 9 of those. For this, I believe she is deserving of the nomination for the Meritorious Service Cross award.
