Promotion Criteria
Time in Previous Rank
2 weeks Nomination Process
Only Task Force Executive Officers/Deputy Department Heads or above can nominate someone to be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander after confirming to the OCS that the activities have been completed satisfactorily. Complete six (6) of the following:
- Reach Level 10 on Bravo Fleet’s Discord server
- List 8 characters on BFMS
- Enter 15 Bravo Fleet competitions
- Place in 5 Bravo Fleet competitions
- Organize and run 5 Bravo Fleet competitions
- Earn 8 Challenge Coins
- Join a Bravo Fleet Department as a staff member (Deputy, Staff Officer, or Staff Assistant)
- Earn a Merit Award (May be used up to twice for different merit awards, but only once per promotion)
- Create a complete character biography (May be used more than once for different characters, but only once per promotion)
- Earn 15 Duty Ribbons
- Earn 20 Service Ribbons
- Earn 15 Combat Action Ribbons
- Earn 20 Joint Action Ribbons
- Earn 8 Campaign Ribbons
- Earn a Bravo Fleet Academy badge other than the New Member Program Badge (May be used more than once for separate badges, regardless of when the badge was earned, but only once per promotion)
- Earn a Starfleet Readiness Medal
