  Lieutenant Commander is on the next vaunted step upwards in Bravo Fleet ranks, and it is a recognition of hard work by the member in many different activities that are available. We’re proud and honored to nominate Joshua Bryant in recognition of his incredible drive and success.
  
  Josh has been hard at work as a writer - earning at least 20 Service Ribbons which equals out to 5,000 words! He’s also been taking advantage of other activities in Bravo Fleet by organizing and running five competitions! They were Lights Out!, Extra Credit – Life Sciences, Knife Throwing Challenge, SURVIVAL 101 – ARCTIC THEME, and The Genus Genius! He wasn’t finished in the competitions ring; he’s placed in 5 Bravo Fleet competitions! He’s also fleshed out his character Erdian Jaso with a complete character biography on the USS Altai RPG. Between that and Starbase Bravo, he’s also been writing with other players in joint points, earning him at least 15 Duty Ribbons! Joshua’s also been engaging and sharing on the Bravo Fleet Discord server - reaching level 10!
  
  We are proud of Joshua’s work in Task Force 72 and are thankful for his participation in Bravo Fleet! It’s exciting to nominate him as he will now have the chance to choose from the Lieutenant Commander level ships and take his Bravo Fleet experience to the next level through writing, gaming, and competing. Congratulations, Lieutenant Commander Bryant!

  Lieutenant Joshua Bryant, or Garrett as he is known in Discord, is a member that is making quite a name for himself within the fleet, either through his competitiveness and camaraderie with his fellow fleet members or through his entertaining written works. I have enjoyed each piece I've had the pleasure of reading when seeing the notification come across the stories feed.
  
  Since beginning his journey through the ranks, Joshua has created at least 5 characters within the BFMS system, of which he has a complete character biography for his character Alex Benson and others he has used to amass at least 10 Duty Ribbons for his collaborative fictions on the USS Altai and Starbase Bravo. Additionally, Joshua demonstrates an exceptional amount of activity toward competitions. Not only has Joshua entered in at least 12 Bravo Fleet competitions, such as the 'Reputation to Protect' and 'Aren't we just a pair?', but he's also placed in at least 3 of them, earning himself the Action Medals associated with each of them.
  
  Without further ado, it is with great pleasure that I nominate Lieutenant Junior Grade Joshua Bryant for promotion to Lieutenant, having successfully met the required criteria. I expect and look forward to the stories to come with your recently acquired Raven. I have no doubt that the Task Force staff will be recognizing his efforts again soon. Congratulations!

  It is time once again to recognize Ensign Joshua Bryant for being an active member of the fleet and doing what it takes to move up the ranks on the journey to Senior Officer. Joshua, having recently earned himself the Meritorious Service Cross for an exceptional level of activity has also entered in at least 8 Bravo Fleet competitions, of which he placed in at least 2 of them and earned himself Action Medals with Clusters. As an active member in the Bravo Fleet Discord, he has also achieved and surpassed level 6. For the above met criteria, it is my pleasure to nominate Joshua Bryant for promotion to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade. Congratulations!

  Joshua Bryant, aka Garrett as he is known in Discord, was the first member of Bravo Fleet to achieve the rank of Midshipman. Since then he has wasted very little time fulfilling the criteria necessary to reach the next rung in the ladder of success toward senior officer status and the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Joshua is also a fairly active and vocal member of the community, often chiming in on various topics within the Discord server. Whether it's a comment about the latest delicacies of his fellow members or sharing a funny new meme, you need not scroll far to see his name appear in the chat history. As far as criteria go, Joshua has created a complete character biography for his character of the same name, which he used to submit for the Academy Character Creation program earning himself the corresponding badge for his dossier. He has also opted to follow Bravo Fleet on Facebook, ensuring he knows about the latest happening in the fleet. Therefore, for meeting the above required criteria, I am pleased to nominate Midshipman Joshua Bryant for promotion to the rank of Ensign. Congratulations on a job well done!

  Since joining Bravo Fleet, Erdian Jaso has gotten to an impressive start. I genuinely love seeing this level of excitement and interest in advancement from our new players.
  
  Jaso has completed the New Member Program and authenticated their discord account. They have also recently reached level 3 in discord and entered at least two competitions.
  
  I fully expect to see great things from this player as they progress further. Keep learning new things and reaching for those achievements; I am sure you will obtain whatever you desire. Way to go, Midshipman Jaso!
