Summary

Ned Hennessy was the leader of the ASDB engineering team assigned to the Phoenix project. A Starfleet veteran, Hennessy served as an science officer aboard the U.S.S. Lexington/NCC-1709 during that ship’s participation in the ill-fated M-5 computer wargames. He resigned his commission at the conclusion of that mission, mustering out as a lieutenant. Against Ned’s wishes, his reserve status was reactivated by Commodore Faisal al Rashid, portmaster of Meridian Station, for reasons that will be revealed in the course of storytelling.
