“Hope will never be silent.” – Harvey Milk
The centrepiece of the Typhon Wayfinding Division, USS Typhon acts as a forward operating base for the Fourth Fleet in its ongoing endeavours to develop new friendships on the frontier. The first of its class to be produced in the waning days of the Dominion War, Typhon spent almost a decade in reserve before returning to service in 2402 as part of a programme to reinforce Starfleet after losses endured during the events of Frontier Day.
As part of its return to service, Typhon was refitted with the latest in developments with a focus on command and control systems, long-range sensors and deep space communications facilities to maximise its capability as a redoubtable hub for the division’s pathfinding efforts. Coupled with its vast airwing of auxiliary craft, the crew of Typhon take with them the light of the Federation into the empty spaces on the map.

Serving Task Force 47 as the vanguard of pathfinding initiatives, no job is too strange or unusual for the division if it serves to carry the Federation’s message to the next horizon.

One had to stop and adore the rustic charm Bajor had to offer, even if from behind rose-colored glasses. Maze loved the fresh air of the Bajoran countryside that was the Tozhat Province, but did it have to be so bright?! Years of acclamation to internal ship lighting (Or lack thereof) always made [...]

The market had been an… enlightening experience, Charlotte MacColgan would put it. Sort of. She’d at least managed to learn somewhat more about what was appropriate for a party, and tossed in her contribution to actually supplying it- even if it was mostly just gathering up whatever [...]

A sharp intake of breath chilled the edges of Varen’s teeth as he sucked in the warm air of Bajor involuntarily, the bitter tang of Ouzo buzzing with cold fire against his insides as it slipped down his throat. Tikva seemed to knock back the shot effortlessly, and a sudden jealousy rolled in [...]

The room seemed bigger in the candlelight. The tan stone walls fell away into the dim shadows of the long rectangular dining space, their unadorned surfaces shuffling into the nothingness without even a whisper. The bones of the house knew their place as they silently bowed into the corners of the [...]
