The USS Dragonfly and the USS Douglas return with full crews to face the needs of the sector.

Mission Description

Montana Station, aka Starbase 406, is now the Squadron Headquarters for the Dragonfly Emissary Squadron.  The Perseverance, Dragonfly, and Douglas operate within the rimward areas of Federation space and beyond with exploration, scientific discovery, protection, and security.  Under the banner of Task Force 21, they are to work to explore diplomatic engagement with the Tholians and continue to support and engage colonial operations around them.
