When a return trip to the Odyssey goes wrong, Commanders Tomaz and Flemen crash land on an icy world. Unexpected subspace anomalies overload their shuttle’s engines, and after smashing into the frosty ground, there is not much left of their small ship to use to keep them alive. Furthermore, when Tomaz is injured, it is down to Flemen to keep him alive while he finds them shelter and an attempt to send a distress call. However, when Flemen does find suitable lodgings, it’s not long until he and Tomaz find themselves captured into how this planet holds the key to the subspace anomalies they encountered earlier. If they don’t uncover the mystery behind it, it may destroy the world and the entire local sector, including the Odyssey.
