After completing extensive repairs at the Avalon Fleet Yards, the USS Vallejo is en route back to the Thomar Expanse to continue her mission. When sudden blackouts appear all over known space, the Vallejo is tasked to investigate a lack of contact from a research team at nearby Nerathis IV. They arrive to find strange energy readings and a complete lack of communication from the colony.

They find signs of an attack and begin to unravel the mystery surrounding the colony’s research. With hidden dangers on the horizon, the Vallejo crew must stay vigilant as they work to understand the implications of their discovery while fending off an unknown threat.
