Deep Space 47 is a hub of activity with new Task Force assets frequently arriving to bolster operations in the Thomar Expanse following the dark days of the Blackout. Among them, two new, massively important starships arrive following two very different ventures to the zone; Archer arrives following _____, whilst Century arrives with Cardenas in tow after rescuing ship and crew from the deadly plasma fields of the Badlands.

With the timely arrival of the two capital ships, Task Force Command assigns Captain’s Nazir and Walsh the task of escorting the Cardenas to the Kavaria system, located on the border of Cardassian space. Once there, the frigate will begin the installation of a new communications buoy originally planned several months ago, whilst the two explorers take the opportunity to engage in a time honoured tradition of friendly rivalry and epic sportsmanship – War Games. Pitting crew against crew, captain against captain and ship against ship in simulated combat designed to test the mettle of all involved, War Games unites everyone after months of drama and chaos.
