On the eve of the station’s grand opening, tragedy strikes as several visiting Delegates and Civilians are killed when an explosion ripples through the Promenade, just outside the Romulan embassy. With all evidence pointing to a vengeful Klingon, Captain Abernathy and his crew must navigate the delicate waters of Diplomacy to solve this crime fast. Or risk the fall out with the Romulan and the Klingon Empires.
