In the aftermath of the Vaadwaur invasion, planets and settlements throughout the former DMZ are left shattered & devastated  –  in desperate need of emergency assistance.

The USS Astute is tasked with assisting the neutral colonists of Encedis-#5 (once a fruitful water – world with a thriving aquaculture industry that several other planets in the system relied upon for thier food supply) with the restoration of thier weather control satellite – network, that was intentionally sabotaged by the departing Vaadwaur forces.

But as Captain Monique McDowell and her crew delve deeper into this mysterious world, what they will uncover will unleash a tsunami of confusion & upheaval as a long – forgotten secret from the abyss threatens to change the very fate of a world and its people.
